"To explain why we picked Don as our real estate agent, is a story has to be told. Two year ago we had hired a real estate agent to try to sell our home. The real estate agent was referred to us from a friend. After 4 months of dealing with a "used car saleman" we tried another agent. After one year of being gracious with her and not having our calls returned, we decided to try a different approach with which I now recommend everyone to do. We picked seven different real estate agents that were both recommended from friends and from top sellers in the area to come to our home for interviews at different days and time. The interesting thing we found during these interviews were the different "styles" each real estate agent had. Some used old school selling techniques and some used up to date technological approaches. Some only had a primary income from selling homes while others had alternative means of income (ie. spouses) which translates into aggressiveness of how they try to sell your home...or those who just wanted to visit. Some matched our personality while others were just plain irritating. Some had good ideas about pictures, others didn't care. Well, we narrowed it down to two sellers and decided to go with Don primarily because of his upbeat, up to date approach and personable attitude. He is very open minded and does not sugar coat anything - which we appreciated. He explained how he is available for the very needy to the no so much...which we were the sort of in between. He always returned calls and was always there to lend and ear or an idea with us. Don was not only one of the finest individuals I have had the pleasure of knowing, but he knows his business inside and out. He helped us sell our home and we are forever grateful for his assistance. I would recommend him as anyone's real estate agent without hesitation. "
